Refund & Returns Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

There is no exchange policy as per the customer’s liking or disliking of the product since as all sales are final.

An exchange will only occur in an unlikely situation where a defective or incorrect product has been sent to the customer. Depending upon the circumstances, the matter will be resolved as swiftly as possible and as per company policy.

In case of an exchange, the customer must ship the product back to Dabbapack within 3 to 5 days of receiving the outfit, otherwise, the request will not be accepted.

Any mailing/shipping charges associated with the exchange of a defective item are the sole responsibility of the customer.

RETURN POLICY

Dabbapack allows returns of defective items bought online provided the items are in their original condition i.e., unbroken, un scathed, new, unused, unaltered and with original tags and packaging.

For eligible returns, customers should contact our customer service center. To be able to make a return, customers must provide us with their online order ID along with a valid reason for return within seven (3 to 5) days of receiving their order. After 5 days, the request will not be accepted.

The customer must choose a replacement product from Dabbapack store. Depending upon the circumstances, the matter will be resolved as swiftly as possible.

Any mailing/shipping charges associated with the return of a defective item are the sole responsibility of the customer.

CANCELATION POLICY

A customer may cancel their order by contacting Dabbapack on the available customer service lines within 24 hours of order placement, In case the order has been shipped by Dabbapack it cannot be called back and thus will not be cancelled, at which instance only an exchange can be entertained. 

REFUND POLICY

All sales are considered final. Dabbapack does not entertain any refunds, but products can be exchanged for products of higher value.

In case a product is faulty, Dabbapack will replace the product with a similar one, In such instance, the customer must ship back the faulty product for a replacement to be issued, the product returned must be in its original condition and un damaged.
